Andrea Montagna is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bonduelle Fresh Americas – Home of Ready Pac Bistro, the wholly-owned US subsidiary of France based Bonduelle. The US business specializes in providing high-quality fresh vegetables, salads, and fresh meal solutions.
In his role as CEO, Andrea sets the vision for Bonduelle Fresh Americas and formulates the strategic plan for achieving business objectives. Andrea is a brand builder with an entrepreneurial spirit, engaging and energizing his teams around a bold vision and a shared purpose. He brings more than 25 years of experience at both the strategic and operational levels, delivering top-tier performance in growth-focused businesses.
Before taking on the role of CEO for Bonduelle Fresh Americas in 2021, Andrea spent four years with Bonduelle Italy, rising to the role of CEO. During his tenure as the senior executive he grew company profits in consecutive years while developing the strong company culture for which Bonduelle is known. Earlier in his career, Montagna was General Manager for Bolton Group in Milan, Italy, and previously worked at Henkel, based in Italy, Germany and the U.S.
Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and a master’s degree in international business from the University of Cologne. A theater and movie buff and fluent in Italian, English and German, Andrea is happily married with two children, and enjoys motorcycling, running, scuba diving, skiing and soccer.

Didier Vinamont is Chief Financial Officer of Bonduelle Fresh Americas – Home of Ready Pac Bistro, the wholly-owned US subsidiary of France based Bonduelle. The US business specializes in providing high-quality fresh vegetables, salads, and fresh meal solutions.
Didier is responsible for all finance and accounting functions across Bonduelle Fresh Americas. He brings to this role multidisciplinary experience and significant expertise in designing strategies to maximize profitability and promote sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Bonduelle, he served as CFO for North America for Aspire Bakeries. Previously he led the Group Audit department of Puratos, a global leader in bakery ingredients based in Belgium, before moving to the US in 2005 and joining the executive leadership of the company’s US division. He also served as CFO of Aryzta, US leader in frozen baked goods and led Finance activities during the acquisition of the North American branch of Aryzta Group by Lindsay Goldberg. Didier has over 28 years of experience in finance having begun his career as an auditor with PWC in his native Belgium.
Didier holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from HEC Liege Management School in Liege, Belgium. He currently lives in Los Angeles, loves discovering new countries and cultures as well as enjoying various food experiences.

Katie Lopez is Chief Human Resources Officer of Bonduelle Fresh Americas – Home of Ready Pac Bistro, the wholly-owned US subsidiary of France based Bonduelle. The US business specializes in providing high-quality fresh vegetables, salads, and fresh meal solutions.
In her role as CHRO, Katie is responsible for creating exceptional employee experiences that allow people to have a positive impact on the business, their communities, and the planet. Under her leadership the strategic value of Human Resources and Communications has helped drive business transformation through culture and grown as strategic assets for the company. With more than 10 years of experience in leadership roles, Katie has a proven track record of HR and Communications expertise and results in driving change and improving company performance.
Katie first became Chief Human Resources Officer at Bonduelle Fresh Americas in 2019. She previously held roles as Vice President, and Director of Human Resources, since first joining the company in 2014. Prior to joining Bonduelle, Katie worked for Nestle USA in a variety of roles, where she built new organizations to deliver on transformational go-to-market product strategies, supported the integration of Kraft Pizza post-acquisition, and led people analytics. Prior to Nestle, she was the Corporate Talent Management manager for Northrop Grumman Corporation, leading executive leadership succession and talent planning.
Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Occidental College as well as an MBA from the Peter Drucker School of Management and a master’s in human resource design from Claremont Graduate University. She is married with two children and enjoys exercising, cooking and karaoke together as a family.

Jon Clancy is the Chief Operating Officer of Bonduelle Fresh Americas – Home of Ready Pac Bistro, the wholly-owned US subsidiary of France based Bonduelle. The US business specializes in providing high-quality fresh vegetables, salads, and fresh meal solutions.
In this role, Jon is responsible for Environmental, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Supply Chain, Agricultural Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Transportation and Customer Service. This end-to-end responsibility fuels Bonduelle’s operational excellence and ability to serve its customers at the highest levels.
Jon brings over 20 years of experience in supply chain and operations leadership, including for several manufacturing and CPG companies such as Nestle USA, Golden State Foods, and Incora. Prior to joining BFA, Jon was the VP of Operations for Passport Foods, where he was responsible for the supply chain and manufacturing processes driving operational excellence and savings.
Jon is a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served as a Commissioned Officer. His service included the distinct honor of being a General’s Aide and led combat service support operations in Operation Iraqi Freedom II, earning the Bronze Star Medal and Combat Action Badge.
Jon graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a bachelor’s in political science. In his free time, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling and doing outdoor activities.

Mike Secor is Chief Marketing Officer of Bonduelle Fresh Americas – Home of Ready Pac Bistro, the wholly-owned US subsidiary of France based Bonduelle. The US business specializes in providing high-quality fresh vegetables, salads, and fresh meal solutions.
Mike joined Bonduelle Fresh Americas in 2020 as Chief Marketing Officer responsible for leading Marketing, R&D and Consumer Insights. He brings more than 30 years of unique experience to this role, including founding two successful start-up companies and experience at mid-tier and Fortune 50 consumer packaged goods companies in the US and globally. Mike is a passionate brand steward who maximizes business results by combining deep consumer, marketplace and cross-functional understanding with strong strategic focus.
Before joining Bonduelle, Mike served as head of Marketing and Innovation for Ruiz Foods, home of El Monerey and Tornados frozen Mexican brands. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at General Mills, developing growth strategies and innovation for iconic brands such as Yoplait, Fiber One, Total Cereal and Nature Valley.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and government from St. Lawrence University and an MBA with an emphasis in marketing and e-commerce from Vanderbilt University. He and his wife have two children, two dogs, and enjoy spending time outdoors, playing tennis and golf, hiking and traveling.

Bruno Tonnelier is Chief Procurement Officer of Bonduelle Fresh Americas – Home of Ready Pac Bistro, the wholly-owned US subsidiary of France based Bonduelle. The US business specializes in providing high-quality fresh vegetables, salads, and fresh meal solutions.
Bruno is a strategic sourcing and data driven executive dedicated to delivering performance across the value chain within Bonduelle Fresh Americas. He is an expert in procurement transformation, supply chain, and supplier and risk management. Bruno is passionate about talent development, building strong business partnerships and fostering collaborative environments.
Bruno has more than 20 years of experience in procurement and initially joined the Bonduelle Group as Director of raw materials and packaging sourcing for Europe. He was later appointed CPO of Bonduelle Americas Long Life in Canada. Before that, he worked as a strategic consultant for various companies in the agro-food industry, including Danone, Lactalis and Kraft, helping to develop skills, performance and organization of the procurement teams.
Bruno holds a bachelor’s degree in business from EDHEC BBA and a master’s degree in international procurement and innovation at KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, France. When Bruno is not spending time with his wife and four children, he enjoys reading, learning new skills, and playing rugby and basketball.

Deanna Jurgens is the Chief Retail Sales Officer of Food Service Sales of Bonduelle Fresh Americas – Home of Ready Pac Bistro, the wholly-owned US subsidiary of France based Bonduelle. The US business specializes in providing high-quality fresh vegetables, salads, and fresh meal solutions.
Deanna joined Bonduelle Fresh Americas in 2022 and leads the Retail sales organization for Bonduelle Fresh Americas. In this role she is responsible for the company’s Grocery, Mass, Club and Convenience store business. As Chief Sales Officer she leads the strategic development and execution of a customer-focused and consumer-centric approach to delivering the revenue and profit goals for the organization.
Prior to joining Bonduelle, Deanna was the President of North America & Global Chief Growth Officer for Beyond Meat. Previously she had been with Rodan & Fields as Chief Global Sales Officer. Earlier, she built a distinguished 16-year career in Food & Beverage with PepsiCo where she had most recently been a senior vice president leading Frito-Lay, the company’s largest division. She is well known in both the consumer-packaged goods and retail industries for her proven ability to drive sales and deliver dramatic improvements across a range of business metrics.
Deanna holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Oregon and completed the Director’s Development Program at Northwestern University. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and their two children. She enjoys a balance to her work life by spending time with her family hiking through the hills of the East Bay, doing hot yoga at CorePower and cooking meals at home with her friends and family.

Thomas Bulowski is Senior Vice President of Food Service Sales of Bonduelle Fresh Americas – Home of Ready Pac Bistro, the wholly-owned US subsidiary of France based Bonduelle. The US business specializes in providing high-quality fresh vegetables, salads, and fresh meal solutions.
In this role, Thomas is responsible for leading the Foodservice Division for Bonduelle Fresh Americas products across all channels of distribution including National and Regional Chain Accounts, Broadline and Specialty Distributors, College & University, Business & Industry and Sports & Entertainment. A sharp strategic thinker and entrepreneurial spirit, Thomas has a track record of growing sales across numerous food industry channels.
Thomas has over 30 years of experience in Foodservice and Retail sales and executive leadership at multinational food companies. Before joining the Bonduelle team, he led the sales team at Popcornopolis to reinvigorate top line growth to prepare the private equity-backed company for acquisition. Prior to that role, Thomas led sales for The Mochi Ice Cream Company, which also led to a liquidity event. Thomas also spent 10 years with Kerry Inc. and 14 years with Nestle USA holding various leadership positions.
Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and business management from San Diego State University. Thomas is originally from Germany and lives in Orange County, CA with his wife and son. He and his family enjoy traveling, attending football and soccer games, as well as skiing and surfing.

Gretchen Grani is Vice President of ESG for Bonduelle Fresh Americas – Home of Ready Pac Bistro, the wholly-owned US subsidiary of France based Bonduelle. The US business specializes in providing high-quality fresh vegetables, salads, and fresh meal solutions.
In this role, Gretchen leads a talented team to ensure ESG accountability across the organization and is an integral catalyst in achieving B Corp certification.
Gretchen brings 20 years of experience, including 11 years leading ESG and B Corp certifications at food and beverage companies. Prior to joining Bonduelle, she was Sustainability and Regeneration Lead at Guayaki Yerba Mate, a Certified B Corp based in Northern California. There, she developed their Sustainability Department, managed two B Corp audits, brought sustainable practices to facilities, and developed a carbon insetting plan. Gretchen has also served as Director of Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility at Nutiva, a previously Certified B Corp based in Richmond, California.
Gretchen has a bachelor’s degree in humanities from the University of California at Berkeley, and a master’s in regional environmental planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Gretchen lives near BFA’s Southern California Headquarters and visits the San Francisco Bay Area often, where she enjoys sailing.
